LeBron becomes 7th NBA player to reach 29,000 points

LeBron James is the newest member of the NBA's 29K club.
With his eighth point Friday night against the Washington Wizards at Capital One Arena, the Cleveland Cavaliers star became the seventh player in history to score 29,000 points for his career.
James (32 years and 308 days) is also the youngest player to reach that benchmark, beating out Kobe Bryant (33 years, 199 days).

James entered the matchup averaging 25.6 points per game on the season for the struggling Cavaliers, who are in the midst of a four-game losing streak with a 3-5 overall record.
