Watch: McGregor jumps cage, confronts referee, slaps official at Bellator 187
Conor McGregor leaped over the cage fence to celebrate his teammate Charlie Ward's win at Bellator 187 in Dublin on Friday - and then all hell broke loose.
After hugging Ward, McGregor was ordered to leave the cage. At that point, the Irishman appeared to rush after referee Marc Goddard and shove him from behind.
A heated exchange ensued. McGregor angrily pointed at Goddard and attempted to get past several people trying to keep them separated before the UFC star was escorted out.

But McGregor wasn't done. The lightweight champ took a victory lap of sorts around the cage to a raucous reception, then attempted to crash the cage again and slapped an intercepting official in the face.
It isn't the first high-profile incident involving McGregor and Goddard. At UFC Fight Night 118 in Gdansk, Poland on Oct. 21, Goddard ordered McGregor back to his seat after the Irishman essentially tried to act as the fourth cornerman for Artem Lobov.
