Biles calls out Douglas for response to Raisman's tweet on victim blaming
Simone Biles is throwing support behind Aly Raisman following controversial remarks made by their U.S. gymnastics teammate, Gabby Douglas.
Raisman, who recently revealed that she was sexually abused by former U.S. gymnastics team doctor Larry Nassar, took to Twitter on Friday to speak out against victim blaming, stating that women "are allowed to feel sexy and comfortable in their own skin."

In a since-deleted tweet, Douglas said women have a "responsibility" to dress "modestly and be classy."

Biles responded a short time later, noting that while disappointed in Douglas' comments, "it doesn't surprise me."
shocks me that I’m seeing this but it doesn’t surprise me... honestly seeing this brings me to tears bc as your teammate I expected more from you & to support her. I support you Aly 💕 & all the other women out there!
