On Jan. 9, 1972, the Los Angeles Lakers lost to the Milwaukee Bucks by a score of 120-104, seeing their record-setting 33-game win streak come to an end.

It was the Lakers' first loss in over two months and, ironically enough, came at the hands of their future superstar, a then 24-year-old Kareem Abdul-Jabbar who registered 39 points, 20 rebounds, and five assists in the incredible streak-snapping performance.
