Wake Forest's Tabari Hines: Transferring from Wake Forest
Hines is transferring from Wake Forest to another program, Conor O'Neill of the Winston-Salem Journal reports. O'Neill adds that Hines will earn his degree in May, making him immediately eligible as a graduate transfer
Analysis:
This comes as a bit of a surprise considering Hines was coming off a strong season with the Demon Deacons in which he pulled down a career-best 53 receptions on 79 targets for 683 yards and seven scores. That said, Hines likely would have been Wake Forest's third option in the passing game this year behind Greg Dortch, who was injured for the latter part of 2017, and Scotty Washington. Hines becomes arguably the best wide receiver on the transfer market with Friday's news.
