Giants' Beckham suggests he won't play a single snap in preseason
The New York Giants won't begin their preseason for another six months or so, but Odell Beckham Jr. may have already decided what his workload will be over that span.
The star wide receiver was prompted Friday by a fan on Twitter who suggested he not play a single snap in the upcoming preseason, and Beckham offered the shortest possible response in support of the fan's idea.

His response is notable, but not unexpected considering the four-year veteran nursed an ankle injury all throughout the preseason last year, and later suffered a season-ending ankle injury in Week 5 against the Los Angeles Chargers.
Considering Beckham's injury woes last season, the Giants would be wise to operate with caution going forward as they look to rebound from a dreadful 3-13 season under new head coach Pat Shurmur.
