Chan Kim: Withdraws from WGC-Mexico Championship
Kim has withdrawn from the WGC-Mexico Championship prior to his first round Thursday due to a wrist injury.
Analysis:
Kim's wrist issue had forced him to withdraw in two of his previous four starts since a win in Japan at the HEIWA PGM Championship, so this news shouldn't have too much of an impact in daily fantasy formats as low ownership was projected for Kim this week. He hasn't appeared in a single event stateside since the 2017 U.S. Open, while it remains to be seen when Kim will be able to return to full strength on the Japanese Tour.
