McCloud lacks in size but flashes big-play abilities in space. He figures to compete for the Bills' primary return role on special teams, and could carve out a solid career in that area.

What the analysts are saying

  • "Small, versatile wideout who's relatively good in most areas but not great in any. Some elusiveness in the open field and flashes of impressive downfield speed." - CBS Sports
  • "He lacks the physical and play traits teams look for at either receiver or cornerback, but he has some punt-return potential that could help his cause." - Lance Zierlein, NFL.com
