The Seattle Seahawks have selected offensive tackle Jamarco Jones out of Ohio State with the 168th overall pick in the fifth round of the 2018 NFL Draft.
Seattle waited longer than its fans may have preferred to address the offensive line, which has been the team's Achilles heel the last three seasons. The Seahawks selected six players before Jones, the first blocker they picked. Jones will likely get a chance to compete for the starting job at right tackle with Germain Ifedi in training camp.
Jones was the Seahawks' fourth pick of the fifth round.

What the analysts are saying
- "While his body control needs improvement, he has proven to have the slide quickness and lateral agility to handle duties on the blind side." - Lance Zierlein, NFL.com
- "Core strength issues at the point of attack. Doesn’t have pop in his punch to shock or redirect rushers." - Dane Brugler, NFLDraftScout.com
