The Minnesota Vikings have selected offensive tackle Brian O'Neill out of Pittsburgh in the second round of the 2018 NFL Draft, 62nd overall.
O'Neill is an excellent athlete who sports exceptional straight-line and lateral speed for his size.
Joining a veteran group, the Vikings could integrate O'Neill at either tackle position with Riley Reiff and Mike Remmers embedded as the incumbent starters.

What the analysts are saying
- "Terrific athlete, but he needs to get thicker and stronger or swing tackle could be his ceiling." - Lance Zierlein, NFL.com
- "O’Neill needs to continue and improve his mechanics and play strength to reach his potential, but his balanced athleticism and body rhythm are a great place to start, allowing him to neutralize different types of rushers off the edge." - Dane Brugler, NFLDraftScout.com
