The Baltimore Ravens have selected wide receiver Jaleel Scott out of New Mexico State with the 132nd overall pick in the fourth round of the 2018 NFL Draft.

The Ravens have made a point of improving the talent around Joe Flacco thus far in the draft, selecting tight ends Hayden Hurst and Mark Andrews, along with offensive tackle Orlando Brown.

What the analysts are saying

  • "Ascending prospect with rare height and length for the position. ... Scott doesn't have the quickness to win underneath, but he does use stride length and hand-fighting to create space for himself as a downfield threat." - Lance Zierlein, NFL.com
  • "Scott has an intriguing blend of height, length, and athleticism to out-rebound defenders down the field, but he needs to get stronger and improve his concentration to expand his usefulness and be more than simply a jump-ball weapon in the NFL."
