The Dallas Cowboys selected wide receiver Cedrick Wilson out of Boise State with the 208th overall pick in the sixth round of the 2018 NFL Draft.
The Cowboys came into the draft with a glaring need at wide receiver and started to address it in the third round with the selection of Michael Gallup from Colorado State. Wilson has good size but may need to earn a roster spot via special teams.

What the analysts are saying
- "He showed improvement from his junior to senior season and should continue to get better with more coaching and experience. Wilson has the potential to be a quality backup who might find time in three wideout sets." - Lance Zierlein, NFL.com
- "Wilson isn't going to fool anyone with his current route tree, but is one of the better vertical threats in this draft class with his ability to stack-and-track downfield." - Dane Brugler, NFLDraftScout.com
