What the analysts are saying
- "Pardon the pun but Hand may "fit like a glove" in the NFL as he possesses the bulky frame and power to slide inside to defensive tackle, as well as the straight-line speed and balance to handle attacking off the edge, offering creative defensive coordinators quite a bit of versatility." - Rob Rang, NFLDraftScout.com
- "While he possesses NFL size and ability, he hasn't always played with the fire or urgency we have come to expect from Alabama defenders. Hand is a versatile defender who could be targeted as a base end who reduces inside on passing downs." - Lance Zierlein, NFL.com
- "Hand’s size and skill set will allow him to fit any scheme at the next level, but he’ll be at his best if asked to play the 5-technique in a 3-4 defense." - Luke Easterling, DraftWire
