What the analysts are saying
- "Samuels isn't a tight end and has to prove he can handle blocking duties well enough to be a fullback. He will, however, appeal to teams looking to disguise their attacks with more diversified personnel groupings." Lance Zierlein, NFL.com
- "Samuels has an intriguing mix of quickness, power, and balance and although he lacks a true position, his versatility can be a valuable weapon if paired with a NFL play-caller that understands his strengths." Dane Brugler, NFLDraftScout.com
