The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have selected safety Jordan Whitehead out of Pitt with the 117th overall pick in the fourth round of the 2018 NFL Draft.

What the analysts are saying

  • "Whitehead is undersized which makes playing near the line of scrimmage a challenge and his instincts as a high safety were troubling as he allowed too many big plays." - Lance Zierlein, NFL.com
  • "Has the athleticism and fearlessness that compare favorably to former Washington defensive back Budda Baker (36th pick in the 2017 NFL Draft by the Arizona Cardinals) as a nickel cornerback in the NFL." - Dane Brugler, NFLDraftScout.com
