Fan banned from stadium rents crane to watch Turkish club play
A fan of the Turkish football club Denizlispor came up with an innovative way to beat a stadium ban.
Ali Demirkaya, nicknamed "Amigo Ali," received a one-year ban from Denizli Ataturk Stadium for unknown reasons, according to Euronews. Not wanting to miss Saturday's match against Gaziantepspor, Demirkaya decided to rent a crane.

Denizlispor won 5-0, but unfortunately for Demirkaya, he wasn't able to watch the entire match.
"That match was very important for our team," he told a local newspaper. "I had to go to the police station to sign a paper to show that I am not watching the match in the stadium. Then, I quickly went to rent the crane.
"I paid 354 liras (€70) for the rent. I started watching from the 75th minute but police officers didn't allow me to watch until the end."
