The Indiana Pacers and forward Doug McDermott have agreed to a three-year, $22-million contract, sources told ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.
The deal is fully guaranteed, Wojnarowski reports.
The Dallas Mavericks withdrew their qualifying offer to McDermott earlier this week, making him an unrestricted free agent.
The 26-year-old averaged 7.8 points and 2.5 rebounds with a .467/.426/.790 shooting line in 81 games between the Mavericks and New York Knicks last season. The 11th overall pick in the 2014 draft, McDermott is a career 40.3-percent 3-point shooter across four NBA seasons with four teams.
