LiAngelo confident he'll eventually be a Laker
LiAngelo Ball won't take no for an answer.
The middle child of the three Ball brothers still believes he'll one day end up as a member of the Los Angeles Lakers alongside older brother Lonzo.
"Yeah, I will. Probably later. I think I will," Ball said to TMZ Sports while walking through Los Angeles International Airport on Wednesday.
Ball took part in a workout with the Lakers a month prior to the NBA Draft, but it was reported shortly thereafter that the franchise had zero interest in either drafting or signing the 19-year-old prospect.
He ultimately went undrafted, and hasn't been picked up to join a Summer League roster since.
After withdrawing from UCLA following a shoplifting incident in Shanghai, China, Ball headed to Lithuania to average 12.6 points in 21.2 minutes for BC Vytautas.
