The Brooklyn Nets have agreed to terms on a two-year contract with free-agent guard Shabazz Napier, league sources told ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski on Saturday.
Napier, who reportedly joins the Nets on his birthday, was drafted No. 24 overall by the Miami Heat in 2014. After a one-year stint with the Orlando Magic, he played for the Portland Trail Blazers the past two seasons.
In four years, the 6-foot-1 point guard has averaged 5.7 points, 1.9 assists, 1.7 rebounds, and 0.8 steals in 15.7 minutes per game. He has shot at least 36.3 percent on 3-pointers for his career.
