Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Marqise Lee was carted off the field in Saturday's game against the Atlanta Falcons after taking a scary shot to his left knee, which caused it to bend at a gruesome angle.
The Jaguars announced he won't return to the game.
Lee took the low shot while catching a 20-yard pass. Falcons safety Damontae Kazee was flagged 15 yards for lowering his helmet to initiate contact.
The fifth-year wideout is expected to play a significant role in the Jaguars' offense after catching 56 passes for 702 yards and three touchdowns last season.
