The NBA announced its findings of the investigation into the Dallas Mavericks on Wednesday after a Sports Illustrated article in February exposed the extreme extent of misogyny and sexual predatory behavior in the workplace on the team's business side.
Numerous instances of sexual harassment were found within the organization for over 20 years; Mavericks owner Mark Cuban agreed to donate $10 million to help combat domestic violence and promote women in the workplace after the completion of the probe. The vocal owner appeared on ESPN's "The Jump" on Wednesday and expressed guilt and regret for not paying better attention to the non-basketball side of the organization.
