The Dallas Cowboys apparently aren't done pursuing Earl Thomas.
Several people inside the Cowboys organization hope to reignite trade talks with the Seattle Seahawks after Sunday's contest between the two teams, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports.
The Seahawks "remain committed to Thomas," added Rapoport. Seattle reportedly turned down a second-round pick from Dallas for the playmaking safety after he sat out all of training camp in hopes of forcing a new contract.
Thomas ultimately returned to the Seahawks prior to the regular season but said that the disrespect had been "well-noted." He is in the final year of a four-year, $40-million deal.
