Report: Rishard Matthews asks Titans for release

Tennessee Titans wide receiver Rishard Matthews told A to Z sports he has requested his release from the team, via ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Head coach Mike Vrabel said after practice Wednesday that Matthews was away from the team for "personal reasons".
