Dan Snyder reportedly buys yacht with world's 1st floating IMAX theater
Jerry Jones isn't the only NFL owner to recently purchase a superyacht.
Washington Redskins owner Dan Snyder paid over $100 million for a 305-foot-long yacht called Lady S, which boasts the world's first floating IMAX movie theater, according to Rupert Neate of the Guardian. The theater cost Snyder an additional $3 million.
"He wanted an IMAX, that was his main request," said Jan-Bart Verkuyl, the chief executive of Feadship's Royal Van Lent shipyard, which built the yacht.
Verkuyl refused to identify the buyer, but the Guardian confirmed through several sources that it was Snyder and his wife, Tanya.
Jones reportedly paid $250 million for his superyacht, Bravo Eugenia, which features two helipads, a beach club with its own gym, and a wellness center.
