103-year-old Julia 'Hurricane' Hawkins sets new track record
Julia "Hurricane" Hawkins continues to prove that age is just a number.
Two years after setting a world record in the 100-yard dash, the 103-year-old became the oldest woman to compete on an American track at the National Senior Games in Albuquerque, N.M., this week.

Hawkins won gold in the 50- and 100-meter dashes at the event.
"If I am an inspiration to older people ... that's a good thing," she told Today's Meghan Holohan. "Don't stop. You can still do things when you get older. Just keep moving and be interested in things."
