Poll: Baby Boomers, Gen X, Millennials all rank MJ as GOAT
The debate over which NBA player is the greatest of all time will likely never end, but according to one new poll, basketball fans across three generations agree that Michael Jordan deserves the honor.
A survey conducted by SeniorLiving.org asked more than 500 Baby Boomers, Generation Xers, and Millennials to rank the players they consider to be the greatest, and all three generations had Jordan at the top. The groups had differing opinions on the second-greatest player, though, as Baby Boomers chose Kobe Bryant, Generation Xers chose Bill Russell, and Millennials chose LeBron James.
In the poll, 79% of Baby Boomers said Jordan is better than LeBron, while an overwhelming majority of Generation Xers and Millennials also voted for Jordan over LeBron.
