A movie about Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo is reportedly coming to Disney's new streaming service.
"Greek Freak," a live-action feature film looking at Antetokounmpo's early life and career, has been put into development by Disney+, according to Peter White of Deadline.
White reported that the film will be produced by former Disney and Village Roadshow Pictures executive Bernie Goldman from a script by Arash Amel, who wrote the 2018 biographical drama "A Private War."
Antetokounmpo and three of his four brothers were born in Athens, Greece, to Nigerian immigrants, but due to Greek laws, he didn't receive full citizenship in the country until he was 18.
