Oklahoma and Ohio State have the most fan support across the United States in this year's College Football Playoff, according to new Twitter data.
Betonline.ag used over 50,000 geotagged tweets gathered since the official announcement of the final playoff selections - including fan hashtags such as #BoomerSooner, #GoBucks, and #GeauxTigers - to create a map showing the rooting interest in each state. Oklahoma and Ohio State dominate the map, with the Sooners narrowly edging the Buckeyes.

Here are the full results:
Oklahoma: 20 states
Ohio State: 19
LSU: 8
Clemson: 3
Oklahoma will face LSU in the Peach Bowl in Atlanta on Dec. 28, while Ohio State will take on Clemson in the Fiesta Bowl in Glendale, Arizona, that same day.
