Drew Brees appears on 'Undercover Boss' as restaurant dishwasher
New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees made a guest appearance on Wednesday night's episode of "Undercover Boss" disguised as an employee at his restaurant, Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux.
Brees, who bought into the Louisiana-based restaurant chain in 2015, went undercover as a longhaired, bearded dishwasher named Chris.
"How did I just become Matthew McConaughey?" Brees said of his disguise.
I can’t wait for you to see me go undercover with @walk_ons. More importantly, I can’t wait for you to see the amazing team members who keep our restaurants running every day. Watch me and @blwalkon on the season premiere of @undercover_cbs. Tonight 8/7c on @CBS. #walkons pic.twitter.com/y4IvVnBGxn

During the episode, Brees got to know an employee named Anderson, who revealed he had to drop out of college after his mother was diagnosed with breast cancer and was now $30,000 in debt, according to Stephen Proctor of Yahoo Entertainment.
Brees surprised Anderson with Saints season tickets, while Walk-On's founder and CEO Brandon Landry gifted him $40,000 to relieve his debt and help his mother.
