"Space Jam 2" won't hit theaters until July 2021, but LeBron James and Nike are rumored to be releasing two new shoes inspired by the movie soon.
The release calendar for sneaker platform GOAT shows that two "Space Jam" Nike LeBron 17s are expected to drop during the 2020 NBA All-Star Weekend in Chicago, according to Victor Deng of Sole Collector. A Monstars-inspired colorway is reportedly expected to be released Feb. 14, followed by a Tune Squad-themed LeBron 17 Low on Feb. 15.
James, who will star in and produce "Space Jam 2," currently leads all Western Conference players in fan voting for the NBA All-Star Game.
