Twitter map shows which XFL team each state is rooting for

Fandom for the XFL's eight teams seems to be spread out fairly evenly across the United States ahead of the league's kickoff on Saturday.

Using geotagged Twitter data gathered in the last month, including official fan and team hashtags, Betonline.ag created a map that shows which XFL team is most popular in each state. The St. Louis BattleHawks are the early favorites with 12 states rooting for them, followed by the Seattle Dragons and the New York Guardians with eight states each.
