Report: Yeezy basketball shoe to be released during All-Star Weekend

Kanye West and Adidas' long-awaited Yeezy basketball sneaker finally has a release date.
The shoe, dubbed the "Yeezy Basketball Quantum," is scheduled to drop during NBA All-Star Weekend in Chicago from Feb. 14-16, according to Yeezy Mafia.

West first teased the shoe in April 2018 and has been spotted wearing it on multiple occasions since then. It's been reported that the NBA won't approve the current version of the shoe for in-game use due to its reflective "3M" heel panel, which could distract spectators.
