Udonis Haslem: LeBron, Wade were cheapest stars I ever played with

Former Miami Heat star Udonis Haslem says it's rare to see LeBron James or Dwyane Wade reach for a dinner check.

Haslem named James and Wade as the cheapest star teammates he's ever had during a recent appearance on "The Dan Le Batard Show with Stugotz."

"It's a tie between LeBron and Dwyane. Not even close ... You gotta understand, man, these guys ain't paid for nothing since they were 12," Haslem said. "When they gotta pay for something, they look around like it's a foreign language."

Haslem added that in order for James and Wade to pay for dinner, "you gotta play the credit card game."

James is the highest-paid NBA player for the 2019-20 season, taking home an estimated $92.4 million in earnings from salary and endorsements.
