Joe Burrow may have been the first quarterback off the board in the 2020 NFL Draft, but it's former Utah State signal-caller Jordan Love who has prompted the most chatter on Twitter.
Geotagged Twitter data gathered by Betonline.ag - including over 200,000 tweets - found that Love is been the most talked-about rookie quarterback across the U.S. since the draft, dominating the conversation in 24 states. Burrow is the most talked-about quarterback in 19 states.
The Green Bay Packers surprised many by selecting Love at No. 26 overall as a potential successor to the 36-year-old Aaron Rodgers. Rodgers, who is under contract with Green Bay through the 2023 season, had advocated for the team to draft a skill-position player in the first round.
