Westbrook provides meals to healthcare workers in L.A.
Houston Rockets star Russell Westbrook showed his appreciation to Los Angeles healthcare workers by treating them to dinner.
The Long Beach, California, native and a friend surprised nurses at Martin Luther King Jr. Community Hospitals on Thursday night with 50 containers of spaghetti bolognese from local Italian restaurant The Nice Guy, according to TMZ Sports.
Last night I helped provide meals to the nurses in the ICU & Covid Units at my hometown hospital, MLK Community Hospital. Extremely humbling to be able to do this and we appreciate all your hard work during this time. Thank you for all that you do! #whynot @WhyNotFdn pic.twitter.com/aRAk0G4D2h
