Rangers select Mississippi State star Justin Foscue No. 14 overall

With the 14th pick in the 2020 MLB Draft, the Texas Rangers selected Justin Foscue, a second baseman out of Mississippi State.
Foscue's play at second base, which helped the Bulldogs reach the College World Series in 2018 and 2019, has drawn comparisons to that of 2000 National League MVP Jeff Kent.
