Cubs select prep shortstop Ed Howard No. 16 overall

With the 16th pick in the 2020 MLB Draft, the Chicago Cubs selected Ed Howard, a shortstop out of Mount Carmel High School in Illinois.
Howard was on the Illinois roster that reached the 2014 Little League World Series finals before he starred at Mount Carmel.
