Reds select prep slugger Austin Hendrick No. 12 overall

With the 12th pick in the 2020 MLB Draft, the Cincinnati Reds selected Austin Hendrick, an outfielder out of West Allegheny High School in Pennsylvania.
Hendrick's hitting coach with USA Baseball's 18U national team said his bat speed is "utterly elite," according to Carlos Collazo of Baseball America.
