Shaquille O'Neal could be making an appearance in the upcoming "Jackass 4."

While discussing the movie on a recent episode of Steve-O's "Wild Ride" podcast, O'Neal brought up the possibility of a boxing match between himself and "Jackass" star Johnny Knoxville.

"I want to box Johnny Knoxville because I remember when he boxed 'Butterbean,'" O'Neal said, referring to a stunt involving Knoxville and retired boxer Eric Esch, a.k.a. "Butterbean," from "Jackass: The Movie."

Steve-O, who also starred in the "Jackass" television series and movies, told O'Neal he would text Knoxville and the movie's director to let them know he wants a role in the new film.

"I'm sure that we would be honored and absolutely love it," Steve-O said.

O'Neal has stepped into the boxing ring before, competing against Oscar De La Hoya and "Sugar" Shane Mosley on his reality show "Shaq Vs." He lost both fights by unanimous decision.
