Los Angeles Clippers guard Patrick Beverley returned to the NBA campus in Orlando after leaving last week for an urgent family matter, ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski reports.
Beverley was away from the campus for less than a week so would need to quarantine for four days, assuming he received a negative COVID-19 test each day he was outside the bubble.
The lockdown defender has averaged 7.9 points, 5.4 rebounds, 3.7 assists, and 1.1 steals in just over 27 minutes per game this season. The Clippers play their final scrimmage Monday before tipping off the league's restart Thursday against the Los Angeles Lakers.
Meanwhile, teammate Lou Williams is facing a 10-day quarantine after leaving the bubble and visiting an Atlanta gentleman's club.
