A New York woman's hatred of former New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady was made clear in an obituary that appeared in Sunday's edition of The Buffalo News.
The obituary for Carole Scarsella of Lackawanna, N.Y. that her daughter Norma Milholland wrote describes her as "an avid sports fan" who loved the New York Yankees and LeBron James, but "HATED Tom Brady."
Scarsella's granddaughter, Aggie, tweeted Tuesday, "I miss her endlessly. But I’m glad she is remembered and the people of Buffalo also share her deep-rooted hatred of Tom Brady."
Many western New Yorkers were likely thrilled to see Brady depart for Tampa Bay this offseason after watching him go 32-3 against the Buffalo Bills with the Patriots.
