Ravens' Brown shares 4,000-calorie diet that helped him gain 23 pounds
Marquise "Hollywood" Brown underwent a physical transformation ahead of his sophomore campaign with the Baltimore Ravens, and it involved eating a lot of protein.
ESPN's Jamison Hensley got the details about the wide receiver's offseason diet, which consisted of eating six meals a day totaling 4,000 calories.

Brown gained 23 pounds in two months and said he feels "100 times better" than he did last year.
"That was a happy moment when you get on that scale and you're like, 'I'm at a weight I've never been before,'" Brown said. "I don't feel any of the weight. I just feel more powerful."
Brown, a first-round pick of the Ravens, finished last season with 46 catches for 584 yards and seven touchdowns in 14 games.
