LaVar Ball isn't sweating his youngest son LaMelo's move from Big Baller Brand to Puma.

The elder Ball discussed LaMelo's new endorsement deal on Complex's "Full Size Run" and said his son will always have a connection to Big Baller Brand.

"That's not a thing where I'm like, 'Hey man, don't sign with Puma. Don't do this. I'm just letting ya'll know I'm here for ya'll. So, when this thing don't go the way you want it, your MB1 stuff is still over here for ya'll,'" LaVar said. "G3's still over here, ZO2 stuff is still over here with Big Baller Brand because we're a family brand. Those are representations that me and my wife had for our boys and that's always going to be that. And it's not a big deal with you doing other things. It's OK. But you're always going to be affiliated with Big Baller Brand no matter what."

LaVar hinted at the possibility of a Big Baller Brand-Puma collaboration in an interview with TMZ Sports in May after his sons signed with Jay-Z's Roc Nation Sports. Jay-Z is also the creative director for Puma Basketball.

LaMelo, a projected top-five pick in the 2020 NBA Draft, is the first of the Ball brothers to ink a shoe deal outside the family's brand.
