Report: Packers among teams inquiring about Texans' Fuller
The Green Bay Packers are among the teams who have inquired about trading for Houston Texans wide receiver Will Fuller, a source told The Athletic's Aaron Reiss.
However, a deal reportedly isn't imminent as Houston "isn't interested in a fire sale."
With their season effectively over after starting 1-6, the Texans could look to move some veteran players prior to next Tuesday's deadline.
Fuller - who is on pace for a career season after catching 31 passes for 490 yards and five touchdowns - is part of a crowded Houston wide receiver room that also contains Randall Cobb, Brandin Cooks, Kenny Stills, and Keke Coutee.
The Packers have long sought an effective complement to star wideout Davante Adams. Their need has been further highlighted this year amid an injury to Allen Lazard and Marquez Valdes-Scantling's struggles.
