DeRozan funds new weight room for USC
USC has a brand new weight room thanks to a generous donation from San Antonio Spurs guard and former Trojan DeMar DeRozan.
The USC Athletic Department showed off the renovations on Twitter, noting that DeRozan's donation is the largest ever given by a Trojan alum who went on to play in the NBA.
"We feel like this new weight room, the equipment that we were able to purchase and the layout, the flooring - even down to the new lights, the new sound system, everything is at the highest level," said Josh Heidegger, the strength and conditioning director for USC's Olympic sports.
"We basically have it all."

DeRozan spent one season at USC before he declared for the 2009 NBA Draft. The school retired his No. 10 jersey during a game in February.
Raised to the rafters.
