Portland Trail Blazers big man Enes Kanter is expecting good things from the team's center rotation this season.
Discussing Zach Collins, Jusuf Nurkic, Harry Giles, and himself on Tuesday, Kanter likened the group to an iconic superhero ensemble.
"Have you ever watched 'Power Rangers'? When they (come) together, they become a very unbeatable robot," Kanter told reporters, according to Jamie Hudson of NBC Sports Northwest. "That's exactly how we are.
With Nurkic's talent, my talent, and Giles' talent, and then we've got to put Zach and (Carmelo Anthony) and everybody, now sometimes Derrick (Jones Jr.) at the four, so it's going to become a very special thing and I'm excited about it."
Kanter expects Portland's bigs to make life difficult for opponents.
"I said this from Day 1, I think we're just going to go out there and bruise people," he said. "So I think once we get everything settled, it's going to be fun to watch."
Kanter, 28, joined the Trail Blazers in November in a three-team trade with the Boston Celtics and Memphis Grizzlies. He previously spent part of the 2018-19 season with Portland.
