Tom Brady may be recreating Marshawn Lynch's memorable 2015 Super Bowl media day interview at a future press conference.

During an appearance on HBO's "The Shop," Brady said he plans to use the former Seattle Seahawks running back's "I'm just here so I won't get fined" phrase before he retires from the NFL.

"Marshawn Lynch, that was the most beautiful thing, 'I'm just here so I won't get fined,'" Brady said, according to John Breech of CBS Sports. "He put no mental energy into any question and he didn't get fined for that.

"It was a very hard thing to do and there are so many times where I was like I wish I could just go, 'I'm just here so (I won't get fined).' I've said that 50 times and I've never done it. One day I'll do it before I retire."

Lynch, who was known to avoid the media during his playing days, responded to every question at the Super Bowl XLIX media day with that famous line. He later trademarked the phrase, too.

Lynch revealed in April that he spoke to Brady about potentially coming out of retirement last year to play for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, but the 35-year-old ultimately didn't return.
