Fast food was apparently a staple in Michael Jordan's diet early on in his NBA career.
Charles Oakley, who was teammates with Jordan in Chicago from 1985-88, revealed on the "All the Smoke" podcast that the Bulls legend ate McDonald's every morning when they played together.
"We ate a lot of McDonald's back then," Oakley said. "MJ ate McDonald's for every morning for breakfast. Every morning, he ate McDonald's ... and before games, he'd eat a steak before every game."
Jordan eventually became more strict with his diet. In a 1996 interview with the Chicago Tribune, Jordan's trainer, Tim Grover, said his typical breakfast consisted of a large bowl of oatmeal, scrambled egg whites, and a glass of orange juice.
