Bryson DeChambeau plans to continue playing on the PGA TOUR for the time being, the World No. 12 golfer announced Sunday.

With rumors regarding the Saudi-backed golf league at an all-time high this week, DeChambeau is one of many players as of late to make known his stance on the PGA TOUR.

"While there has been a lot of speculation surrounding my support for another tour, I want to make it very clear that as long as the best players in the world are playing the PGA TOUR, so will I," said DeChambeau.

Just a few hours prior to DeChambeau's statement, two-time major champion Dustin Johnson shared his own statement via the TOUR's official communications Twitter account.

It's still uncertain as to when DeChambeau will make his return to competition, as the 28-year-old has been dealing with a hip and hand injury. As a result, the 2020 U.S. Open champion hasn't played in a TOUR event since late January and withdrew from the Saudi International ahead of the second round in early February.
