Watch: Ronaldo taken aback after frosty greeting from Fernandes
The fallout of Cristiano Ronaldo's explosive interview appears to have spilled over to the Portugal national team.
Days after the 37-year-old blasted Manchester United and the team's manager, Erik ten Hag, Ronaldo received a frosty reception from club and international teammate Bruno Fernandes upon the midfielder's arrival for Portugal's World Cup preparations.

Ronaldo appeared visibly surprised after the greeting from his Manchester United teammate, who quickly turned his attention elsewhere and gave other teammates a warmer embrace.
It was the first meeting between the superstars since Ronaldo accused Manchester United of betraying him and said he doesn't respect the club's Dutch manager. Manchester United issued a statement after the interview, saying that they're still considering their response.
Although no Manchester United player has spoken out against Ronaldo, it appears that Fernandes, at least, has taken exception to this week's controversial comments.
The perceived animosity between the two players seemingly carried over to the training pitch as well:
